Adding -hedron to the end makes it a three dimenshional shape correspingly to the start.
A dodecahedron is 20 sided 3-D shape.
And adding -uplet to the end makes it that amount of babies born in the mothers womb at the same time.
So there's some stuff to keep you entertained, and if you want to insult someone with a fact, say this: You're brain is almost 80% water.
